How the method works, who it's built for, and what to expect when you partner with us.

What is the AVEVV Performance Continuum™ (APC)?

The AVEVV Performance Continuum™ is our proprietary operating system that manages the space between executive coaching sessions. A standard coaching session lasts exactly one hour; actual leadership happens in the other 167 hours of the week.

The APC bridges this gap by automatically translating the breakthroughs from every coaching session into five custom, daily leadership directives. These are specific, observable actions executed directly inside your real, existing workflow—not alongside it. We compress your development timeline because leadership skills are not built in conversation; they are built in rapid daily repetitions.

How does AVEVV deliver a standardized experience while staying flexible to a leader's agenda?

We maintain complete methodological standardization and scalability without ever dictating a rigid curriculum. We accomplish this through a structured, two-layer framework:

  • The Shared Psychological Dialect: Every AVEVV coach is International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed and Brown University LPCC-trained (Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification). This creates complete professional interoperability—our coaches share an identical methodology, guiding leaders through the same developmental progression of recognition, agency, and growth, and working through the entrenched patterns and values that shape how a leader leads, using a shared playbook.
  • The Macro-AVEVV Principles: We superimpose our five-pillar framework—Accountability, Vision, Execution, Vulnerability, Values—across all engagements, giving the organization, the client, and our coaches a precise shared taxonomy.

Within this structure, the client always chooses the session topic. We remain responsive to the executive's real-time corporate fires. We provide the rigorous framework, questions, and baseline structure; the client brings the direct context, judgment, and strategic decisions.

Why does AVEVV cap the active client rosters of its coaches?

To protect the operational integrity and high-touch design of the AVEVV Performance Continuum™, we enforce a strict, low ceiling on the number of senior leaders any single coach partners with at one time.

The APC requires immense off-hour labor. We actively deliver two to three times the standard industry time investment around every session. Our coaches do not log off after a 60-minute call and wait for the next week—they spend significant time reviewing organizational power dynamics, mapping behavioral telemetry, and custom-architecting the five daily directives for the leader's upcoming work week. Capping rosters guarantees our coaches have the cognitive bandwidth to properly engineer each executive's daily habit loops.

How does AVEVV differ from traditional firms and mass-coaching platforms?

The broad leadership-development industry is dominated by two structural flaws AVEVV was built to reject:

  • The "One-Hour" failure pattern: Most traditional firms run a transaction-based model—a weekly conversation, then the client is left alone to figure out real-world application. AVEVV solves this with the between-session architecture of the Performance Continuum™.
  • The "Churn-and-Burn" platform model: Mass-market networks scale by hiring low-credentialed, inexpensive contractors who often have little experience leading complex organizations or managing personnel. A coach who has never carried P&L responsibility, led teams under market pressure, or managed a cross-functional workforce is fundamentally unequipped to guide an enterprise executive.

AVEVV coaches are accomplished executives who pair world-class credentials (ICF and Brown University LPCC) with real-world leadership tenure. We blend psychological rigor with operational empathy—we have actually lived the corporate realities your leaders face daily.

Why use a human coach instead of an AI coaching platform?

AI is genuinely good at certain things—pattern recognition, rapid analysis, surfacing likely outcomes. What it cannot do is the work executive development actually turns on. It has no consciousness, no empathy, and no capacity to weigh competing values and decide which one should win in a specific human moment. Leadership growth happens through exactly that kind of judgment, and it requires a human across the table.

There is also a structural reason a platform cannot replicate this. The leaders who most need candor are the ones with the least safe place to be candid—every relationship they have runs through a reporting line, a review, or a political consequence. A skilled coach sits entirely outside that structure. That separation is not a feature; it is the mechanism. It is what lets a leader name what is actually wrong so it can actually be addressed. An algorithm optimizing for engagement is not that.

Who is AVEVV for?

AVEVV partners with senior and emerging leaders operating in high-stakes environments—executives carrying P&L responsibility, leaders navigating transition or expanded scope, and rising managers being prepared for the next level. Engagements run one-to-one or as team retainers and cohorts. If your leadership decisions carry real organizational consequence, you are who we are built for.

What industries does AVEVV work in?

We don't define ourselves by industry—we define ourselves by the moment. AVEVV is the right partner for organizations where leadership is the constraint: high-stakes, high-change environments, leaders carrying real consequence, teams under pressure, and businesses navigating growth, transition, or transformation. The leadership challenges that matter most rarely belong to a single sector.

Since founding in 2022, that has taken us across technology and cybersecurity, software, private equity, financial services, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, professional services and HR consulting, nonprofits, education, architecture, manufacturing, government, the military, and founder-led ventures—from funded startups to established enterprises.

How does AVEVV support our supplier-diversity goals?

AVEVV is a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE), certified through Disability:IN (certification #US00959). Partnering with AVEVV lets your organization advance its supplier-diversity and inclusive-procurement goals with qualifying diverse spend—without trading down on quality. You meet the commitment and your leaders receive premium, credentialed executive coaching in the same engagement.

How do you measure results?

We measure development the way you measure anything that matters to the business: against outcomes, not session counts. Every engagement begins by defining what success looks like for this leader and this organization—the specific behaviors, decisions, and results the work is meant to move—and we track progress against that baseline throughout.

Because the AVEVV Performance Continuum™ moves the work into the leader's daily workflow, the change shows up where it counts: in execution, in retention, in trust, and in the quality of decisions made under pressure. Our Outcome Scorecard lays out how we frame and report that return.

How is pricing structured?

Engagements are structured as fixed-scope programs rather than billed by the hour: a focused Leadership Sprint, a deeper Leadership Transformation, and a year-long Executive Partnership, alongside monthly Steady State support and team retainers and cohorts.

Premium executive coaching is typically billed by the session-hour, and at the top of the market those rates run high. AVEVV is structured differently: because the AVEVV Performance Continuum™ delivers two to three times the standard time investment around every session, you receive far more total development time at a lower effective cost per hour. We'll map the right program to your goals on an introductory call.

How long is an engagement, and what's the time commitment?

It depends on the program. A Leadership Sprint is a short, focused intervention; a Leadership Transformation and Executive Partnership unfold over months to a full year. The live coaching commitment is modest—roughly one hour per session—but the Performance Continuum™ is designed to live inside your existing workflow, so the daily directives add reinforcement without adding meetings to your calendar.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. The coaching relationship is strictly confidential. When an organization sponsors an engagement, we agree in advance on what is shared—typically themes and progress against goals, never the content of individual sessions—so the leader can speak candidly. Confidentiality is the foundation that makes real development possible.

Is coaching virtual or in person?

Engagements are primarily delivered virtually, which keeps the work flexible around demanding executive schedules and the daily cadence of the Performance Continuum™. In-person and on-site sessions can be arranged for team engagements and where geography allows.

What makes an AVEVV coach qualified?

Every AVEVV coach holds dual credentials—International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification and the Brown University LPCC—paired with genuine real-world executive and operational tenure. That combination is deliberate: psychological rigor without operational experience produces advice that does not survive contact with a real organization, and experience without methodology produces opinions rather than development.

The firm was founded on a five-pillar framework drawn from high-stakes operational leadership and validated against peer-reviewed research in psychological safety, adult development, and behavioral integrity.

How do you match a coach to a leader?

We match on fit. Once we understand the leader's role, context, and what the engagement needs to accomplish, we pair them with the coach whose background and style fit that situation best. Because every AVEVV coach shares the same credential floor—ICF certification and the Brown University LPCC—and the same underlying methodology, the match optimizes for chemistry and relevant experience without ever trading away rigor or consistency.
