Offerings
Leadership development, team effectiveness and executive advisory
Offerings
Leaders are made in the work.
So that is where we develop them.
AVEVV develops leaders and the teams they run. Workshops and offsites bring leaders together for one to three days to work through consequential challenges. Development engagements add one-to-one work, daily application in real work and progress measured against your organization’s own metrics. Executive advisory supports the leaders whose decisions set the direction for everyone else.
Engagement length and cadence reflect the development priorities, the participants and the scope of the work.

Leadership Workshops & Offsites
Leaders work through consequential challenges together, then carry agreed commitments back to their teams.
Each workshop has a defined audience, stated objectives and scenarios drawn from your own operation. Participants leave with agreed priorities, practical commitments and next steps tied to work already on their calendar. The sponsor receives a summary of what the group worked through and decided.
Leading Under Pressure
Decisions, ownership and communication when it counts
For leaders whose calls carry consequences — when information is incomplete, time is short and the team is watching what they do.
- For
- Supervisors and managers in high-consequence work: public safety, security, healthcare, operations, technology — any team where mistakes are expensive.
- Format
- One to three days. On-site or virtual.
- Leaders leave able to
- Make and communicate a sound decision with incomplete information
- Surface risk and bad news early, at every level, regardless of rank
- Leave every meeting with a named owner for every decision
- Hold to stated values when the pressure says otherwise
- Deliverables
- Working materials, each participant’s commitments and next steps, and a summary for the sponsor.
Supervisor Essentials
Expectations, feedback, delegation and trust
For people promoted for doing the work well, now responsible for getting it done through others.
- For
- New supervisors, first-line managers, and organizations where management looks different from one team to the next.
- Format
- One to three days. On-site or virtual.
- Leaders leave able to
- Set expectations people can act on without being told twice
- Give direct feedback early, without damaging trust
- Delegate the work — and the ownership that goes with it
- Have the hard conversation instead of avoiding it
- Deliverables
- Practical tools, each participant’s commitments and next steps, and a summary for the sponsor.
Custom Workshops & Offsites
Built around your agenda
For leadership teams and management groups that need to work through a specific challenge: a reorganization, a new strategy, an acquisition, a run of missed commitments.
- For
- Executive teams, management groups and cross-functional leaders.
- Format
- One to three days, on-site or virtual. Preparation with the sponsor, a facilitated working session built on your own decisions and scenarios, and a results report.
- The session produces
- Agreement on priorities, tradeoffs and dependencies
- Clear decision authority: who decides, who contributes, when to escalate
- Working agreements the team holds one another to
- A named owner and next step for every decision
- Deliverables
- An agenda built with the sponsor, the decisions and agreements the session produced, and a results report.
Optional 30-Day Application Review, available with any workshop or offsite. Participants apply their commitments inside their real work through the AVEVV Performance Continuum, with a review at day 30 of what was applied and what changed.
Individual · Cohort · Team & Cross-Team
Leadership Development
Development that happens inside the work, measured against your own metrics.
A leader’s development need changes with the role. A functional expert becoming a manager has to get results through others. A manager becoming a director has to lead leaders and align a group. An executive has to make interdependent teams work as one. Three forms of development, each built for one of those needs.
Individual Leadership Development
One leader, one role, real decisions
For a leader whose role has outgrown the habits that earned it.
- Who it serves
- Managers, directors and high-potential leaders stepping into larger scope, a new team or a visible mandate.
- Why it’s needed
- Promotion rewards expertise. The new role demands judgment, delegation and accountability for other people’s work. Without deliberate development, leaders default to doing the work themselves.
- How the work happens
- A baseline through the Leadership Operating Review, one-to-one sessions built around the decisions on the leader’s desk, and daily application in real work through the AVEVV Performance Continuum.
- What progress means
- Observable change in how the leader sets direction, delegates and holds commitments, reported against the baseline through the AVEVV Performance Dashboard.
Leadership Cohorts
Shared capability across a management group
For organizations developing several leaders at once, whether or not they work on the same team.
- Who it serves
- Up to twelve managers or directors from one function, one business unit or across the organization.
- Why it’s needed
- When each manager leads a different way, their teams get different standards and the organization gets inconsistent results. A cohort builds shared leadership capability while leaving room for judgment in each leader’s context.
- How the work happens
- Facilitated group sessions where leaders work through live challenges together, one-to-one sessions for each participant, peer accountability, and daily application in real work.
- What progress means
- Consistent application of shared leadership capabilities across the group, measured against each leader’s baseline and reported to the sponsor.
Team & Cross-Team Development
How interdependent teams decide, coordinate and deliver
For an intact leadership team, or several teams that depend on one another, that need to operate as one.
- Who it serves
- Executive and senior leadership teams, and cross-functional groups whose results depend on each other.
- Why it’s needed
- Capable leaders on capable teams still miss when the connections between them fail: unclear decision authority, information that arrives late, commitments nobody tracks. Developing the individuals is not enough. The way the teams work together has to change.
- How the work happens
- Sponsor interviews and a brief team assessment. Facilitated working sessions, or an original simulation with incomplete information and competing priorities, followed by a disciplined debrief. Written agreements on shared priorities, decision authority, information flow and mutual commitments. Observation of real meetings and handoffs, with feedback and individual support as the work continues.
- What progress means
- Operating changes you can see: decisions made at the right level, information reaching the people who need it, commitments kept across team lines — reviewed with the sponsor alongside the business results they were meant to move.
Engagement length and cadence reflect the development priorities, the participants and the scope of the work. Individual and cohort engagements typically run 90 days and beyond. Team and cross-team work runs as long as the change requires.
AVEVV Certification
Run by your people. Governed by ours.
For organizations with an L&D function or internal academy: we train and license your internal facilitators to deliver the framework, the Performance Continuum and the engagement lifecycle under AVEVV quality assurance.
Senior Executives
Executive Advisory & Development
For the leaders whose decisions set the direction for everyone else.
Built around the decisions on the executive’s desk this week: strategic tradeoffs, organizational change, senior-team dynamics and enterprise accountability. The work combines executive coaching, mentoring from practitioners who have carried comparable responsibility, and advisory support on live decisions, with direct access between sessions. No session content is recorded, transcribed or shared.
Executive Advisory & Development
A confidential partner for consequential decisions
For executives accountable for an enterprise or a major business unit, where the cost of a wrong call is measured in the organization’s results.
- Who it serves
- SVPs, EVPs, C-suite executives and leaders of major business units.
- The work
- Confidential one-to-one sessions. A thinking partner for strategic tradeoffs and organizational change. Preparation for board, investor and senior-team moments. Advisory support between sessions, when the decision is live.
- How it happens
- A baseline through the Leadership Operating Review, a cadence set with the executive, and the executive’s own application of the work in how the enterprise is led.
- What progress means
- Measured against the baseline through the AVEVV Performance Dashboard: in the executive’s own behavior, in the senior team’s operating practices, and in the organizational metrics the engagement was scoped to move.
How It Fits Together
The framework names it. The Continuum executes it. The Dashboard measures it.
Workshops and offsites set the shared standard and produce decisions. Development engagements and executive advisory add the daily application and the measurement, so the work holds after the room empties.
The Standard — The AVEVV Framework
Five disciplines give every leader the same standard and the same language — for one executive, one team or an entire organization.
Our Methodology →The Practice — The Performance Continuum
Each session becomes specific commitments the leader chooses, mapped to the disciplines and applied daily inside their real work — not alongside it.
How the APC Works →The Measurement — The Performance Dashboard
Measured at Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 — what leaders do, and what moved in your organization’s own numbers — against a baseline set before the work begins.
How the APD Works →Manager support, rated by employees out of 10 in the client’s own survey — four months into the engagement, during an acquisition.
The Return →How an Engagement Takes Shape
Scoped to the need, not to a menu.
A specific need
New supervisors. Decisions nobody owns. Teams that depend on each other and miss.
A conversation with the sponsor
Objectives, participants, scope and what progress should look like.
A defined engagement

Application you can see
Commitments applied in real work, observed, and reported back to you.
Scoping & Procurement
Scoped to fit a proposal, RFQ or statement of work.
Scope
Every engagement can be defined by audience, objectives, contact hours, participants, deliverables and measures of application.
