We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls; deliver coaching services, including session preparation, the AVEVV Performance Continuum™, the AVEVV Performance Dashboard™, and progress reporting; communicate with you about your engagement, account, or our services; improve our website and service offerings; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Session content, client disclosures, and coaching notes are not shared with any third party — including employers, HR departments, or executive sponsors — without the explicit written consent of the client, except where required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others. This confidentiality standard applies to all engagement tiers, including organizational programs where a corporate sponsor has engaged AVEVV on behalf of the client.
AVEVV does not use client session content — including recordings, transcripts, or coaching notes — to train any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model. We do not share session content with any third-party AI platform or vendor for analysis, marketing, or any purpose other than the immediate delivery of the engagement itself. Where any technology is used to support a live session, it operates strictly in real time and is not retained by AVEVV beyond what is necessary to deliver that session.
We hold this position deliberately. Once information is shared with an AI system, an organization loses meaningful visibility into where that data is processed, how long it may be retained by that provider, and whether it can ever fully be recovered. AVEVV does not accept that risk on behalf of its clients, and this standard applies to every engagement tier without exception.
Personal information and coaching records are stored using commercially reasonable security measures, including encrypted storage and access controls. We retain client information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Upon termination of an engagement, coaching notes and session records are retained for a maximum of three (3) years and then permanently deleted unless the client requests earlier deletion in writing.
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may collect certain technical data as described in its own privacy policy. We may use third-party tools for scheduling, email communication, and video conferencing (such as Zoom). Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at contact@avevv.com. We will respond to all such requests within thirty (30) business days. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with specific data privacy rights (including but not limited to the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, or other US states with consumer privacy laws), you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to data portability and the right to opt out of certain data processing activities.
Our services are designed for adults in professional and organizational leadership contexts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
